Further Information for this Saturday’s Spring Clean-Up
Your Civic Association Needs You! GMCA needs volunteers to help with this Saturday’s Spring Clean-Up. Able bodied individuals are needed any time from 8am-11:00! We know people are busy, so even a few minutes would help. For those bringing in loads of rubbish, maybe you could stay another 20 minutes to help. Assistance with the wood-chipper is mainly needed as individuals with trash should be expected to place that in the bins themselves (although help is there if needed). Services Provided: 1. Three large roll-off trash containers for trash. 2. Wood branch chipper (no juniper branches to be chipped). Juniper branches must be placed in roll-offs. 3. Document shredding This service is provided by Baud Industries. A locked, secure truck will collect paper and it will be shredded at their plant. 4. Metal collection All types of metal will be collected including kitchen appliances, tools, water heaters, mowers, metal furniture, etc. Please call me if you can help out and bring gloves.
