A Great Reason for a Block Party

Tuesday, August 3^rd is National Night Out. This is a great excuse for a block party (if you need one) and way to get to know your neighbors or catch up with those you only have time to wave or say hello to. GMCA will give $2 for every resident attending to help defer costs of plates, cups etc. A sign-up sheet is attached that you can print for your convenience.

Calling all Neighborhood Musicians!

For the GMCA picnic it would be great to show off the neighborhood talent. If there is enough interest there will be a stage and hopefully a lot of good music and entertainment.
