What is GMCA Anyway?

The simple answer is that GMCA is a volunteer civic association made up of the neighborhood generally known as Green Mountain Estates.  A map is part of this website.  Examination of the ByLaws indicates that the board of directors of the association is only limited by their imagination and funding.  The 2013 budget is just over $10.000.

There are two important points at the outset of your look at GMCA.  First, any home owner in our geographic boundary is a member of our civic association.  Take a look at the map.  We are 100% volunteers.

Our budget is covered by "donations". We urge you to consider a $25 donation.  It may be the most productive $25 you give.
