Cars of Green Mountain

Picture

2003 Ford T-Bird

Owner: Jeanne Phipers
Manufacturer: Ford Motor Company
Engine: Ford 3.9 L V8
Factory Color: Desert Sky Blue
License: BLUBIRD

"I was in love with the 1956 57 Thunderbirds and always dreamed of owning one.  I still ooh and aah when I see those models!

"Mine is a 2003 which I bought in 2005 with 16 K miles.  It was purchased from a collector in Laramie who was dispersing his collection because of poor health - I was the lucky buyer!"

1976 Nova Concours

Owners: Jon and Candace Miller

Manufacturer: GM / Chevrolet
Engine: 450 hp / 406 c.i. Small Block Chevy
Transmission: 700r4 / Automatic 3-speed + Overdrive

Notes: Jon had an ugly brown '76 Concours that was his first car in high school. 18 years later, he found this car in good shape on craigslist and traded a motorcycle for it. Since getting the car, he's restored the interior, installed an awesome 12 speaker/ 3 amp stereo system, added wheels and tires, and replaced the drivetrain from the aluminum radiator to the Corvette overdrive transmission.

1966 SS Chevelle

Owners: John and Cam McNurney

Manufacturer:  GM / Chevrolet / McNurney
Engine: 375 HP 396
Transmission: Four-speed transmission

Notes: It has 54,000 original miles, but was raced for many years.  Therefore, most of the miles were logged 1/4 mile at a time.
