He files an annual report with the Secretary of State. There is a small fee and a penalty for not filing.

www.sos.state.co.us. Click on "Businesses, Trademarks, Trade Names", and then on "Periodic report
filing". This is 2015 website directions. Currently $10.00 fee and need to use credit card.
Emails from Colorado State go to [email protected] and filing is done in January.
IRS filing
GMCA files form 990n. IRS.GOV and search for 990n. We file the e postcard. Login with GMCA
username and password. Fill out form and file. Filing needs to be complete before May of each year.
Lakewood contact form.
Each year Lakewood will send registration information to GMCA to maintain the
association as the contact with the city. This is sent out from Lakewood in January each year..
