Spotted this sign in a neighbors yard.  I was told that yes, Jerry is a great painter.  Our neighbor found him near Southwest Plaza where she teaches.  "He's excellent, but I have him in our neighborhood in the winter because he's so busy in the summer."  Good recommendation.
