Annual Meeting

The GMCA Annual Meeting is a great opportunity to participate in the Association.  All business meetings are open to all neighbors, the Annual Meeting  is when the Association evaluates its year.  The Annual Meeting is typcially the first Thursday of October.

And very importantly, it is at this meeting that board members are elected.  Board members serve two-year terms with elections held every year for half of the board in accordance with our bylaws. 

In past years, if it happened to be an election year, candidates have been invited to address the meeting.  Also those for and against various proposition also are invited.  Taxing issues are the most popular.
