Field of Dreams - Week 3 (9-21-2014)
As promised, the Field of
Dreams construction started the day after Labor Day, September 2nd. The work
started with surrounding the entire project with fencing and plastic to protect
the site and to keep dirt from spilling all over the adjoining sidewalks and
street.
Then the entire area was scraped and sculpted. After three weeks, the area pictures showed the beginnings of the dream. You can see on the entire project that engineering and execution makes for a smooth baseball field and soccer field, all precisely graded for sports fun and water drainage.
