Bringing years of expertise and experience, Maria Vasisht is able to provide evaluations and treatment for a variety of speech and language disorders, with a particular expertise in bilingualism. Maria is no stranger to any situation or circumstance as she has worked in a wide variety of settings including inpatient acute care, spinal cord injury centers, otolaryngology clinics, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, long-term care, and the public education system. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
Maria was drawn to the field by her passion for language and firm belief that everyone deserves access to effective communication. Maria moved to Green Mountain Estates in August of 2015 with her husband, son, and daughter and is a member of the Green Mountain Parents Club. |
