Added 1948 USGS map of Green Mountain and surrounds

- Added history items to the cronology.  Since these items are dated in the history page, further entries here will not be necessary.
- A couple more cars

- Added http://www.greenmountainestates.org/2013-august-landscape-judging.html for Warren's considertation.  Used two sample homes.
- Fixed footer to say Green Mountainside

SITE WENT LIVE and was announced in a Bulletin and NextDoor in the afternoon of 8-11-2013.  Yes!

Added GMCA Budget as a button on the About GMCA page.

This is the first posting to the SiteBlogPage.  It is a very dry annotation of changes made to the web site so that anyone, notably the board, can quickly catch up with changes made to the site.

On this day the site has not yet become official.  Looking up our GreenMountainEstates.org site will deliver the legacy site.  That said, we begin now noting changes after having presented the site to the August 1, 2013 board meeting.
